Dropshipping & Supplier Returns

As our products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, return eligibility may vary by item. We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please note that return shipping costs may apply for non-defective items. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after the return is approved.

EU Right of Withdrawal
